The University of Nairobi multidisciplinary team of engineers and doctors have developed a locally manufactured portable ventilator that will reduce the cost of the current ventilators nearly by 90%. 

In March, the University adopted e-learning following the government’s ban on meetings and congregations to check the spread of the virus. . The Vice-Chancellor thanked staff and students for their cooperation in adopting e-learning. Read more
