Cost Cutting Measures
There could be things that were created and had value some time but now has changed. We have to look at the institution we have and reflect on how we want to make it more efficient, more accountability during this online times. The transformation may involve removal of any structures that had been created bringing duplication and overlaps. By this we have to look at all the faculties, institutes and departments, what they need and don’t and the value proposition they bring to the table. Read more
