Strategic Objectives

  •   To document reviewed academic programmes to ensure relevance and applicability;
  •   To contribute to the sustainability of the University of Nairobi brand;
  •   To enhance the University’s visibility in community functions; and
  •   To promote the image of the University both locally and internationally through publications and events.

Quality Objectives

  • To effectively and efficiently implement processes that will ensure data for input in the University Academic Calendar, Internal Telephone Directory, Graduation Booklets, Graduation Invitation Cards and Labels are received promptly and recorded accurately. To this end, members of staff in the Division will be regularly trained on diverse skills for quality work performance.
  • To obtain all relevant materials, review, edit and typeset the University of Nairobi Academic Calendar in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To produce the University Academic Calendar with 99% error free; and distribute to all stakeholders by August of every Academic Year.
  • To visibly participate in the efficient and effective co-ordination and facilitation of activities that enhance University branding, collaboration with the community, public and other organizations (both locally and internationally). This shall be achieved through annual graduation ceremonies, annual universities exhibitions and annual national agricultural shows/trade fairs.
